Qualifications & Clinical Work
I am a PACFA Registered Counsellor (PACFA No. 30539) and an approved WorkSafe Victoria Provider (Provider No. CL322A). I hold a Master of Counselling and have extensive clinical experience across family violence, trauma-informed care, mental health assessment, case management, and therapeutic intervention. I provide evidence-based counselling for workplace injury, including anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment difficulties, PTSD symptoms, chronic pain, and psychosocial barriers affecting recovery.
Treatment integrates CBT, ACT, trauma-informed practice, emotion regulation skills, psychoeducation, and structured recovery planning. I also provide Return to Work (RTW) counselling, supporting clients to build capacity, reduce psychological barriers to work, increase functional tolerance, and develop confidence in returning to safe, suitable duties. This may include graded exposure to work demands, coping strategies, communication skills, and coordination with the employer and treating team when appropriate.
WorkSafe service codes include: CSL600 – Initial Consultation, CSL606 – Standard Consultation, CSL609 – Telehealth Consultation, and CSL620 – Complex Case Review (when clinically required). All treatment follows WorkSafe’s Clinical Framework for the Delivery of Health Services, with a focus on functional improvement, measurable progress, and collaborative communication with GPs and Case Managers.
